Running
with Scissors The first recording from Geode, Running with Scissors, finds Fields moving from his early 90s post-modernism style of jazz to the open non-tonal based sound more characteristic of his present day compositions. There is a cool lounge feel here though that can be most infectious at times. Definately a recording for the completist and collector. 13 tracks in 62:15 minutes If you like this cd, you might also enjoy listening to: Fugu (Scott Fields Ensemble) Hornet's Collage (Fields, Houle, Roebke) |
