A two-disc offering featuring Ken Vandermark in a series of duets recorded in June 2002 in Sweden with four of Europe's leading improvisors.  Each brings his own style, character and aesthetic to the music allowing Vandermark to explore the full range of contemporary improvisational possibilities.  Between the two cds are 30 miniature works that collectively represent some of the finest documentation of the state of affairs in today's music.

Comes with our highest recommendation.
