Trio Ahxoloxha finds Dickey working with longtime colleagues Rob Brown and Joe Morris.  The term "Ahxoloxha" is a palindrome invented by Dickey to describe his concept of how the group works together, balanced on all sides.  This trio was originally organized in 1993 and is now centered on drum compositions whose use of space, energy, density, and rhythm provide a unique platform for the trio to exchange ideas and create a totally orginal sound that is spare, deep, melodic, and driving.

Released in a limited edition of 2000 copies, this disc comes with our highest recommendation.
