The Constant Flame is the sequel to Alex Cline's highly acclaimed release, Sparks Fly Upward.   But no mere follow-on recording here.  On this release, Alex has taken this ensemble's tradition to a new high, that they started with their first album on ECM.

The music is in a word, "stunning" in it's beauty.

If there was ever a recording on this web site to just sit back and let it wash over you, it is this disc.  Comes with our highest recommendation!
