Domino Marcus calls his concept for impulse and control "Domino" referring to his large scale improvisation project started in 1995. Eichenberger is convinced that "Domino" is proof that there is no "freely" improvised music, or at least not until the game has begun. The first note is the domino, determining each later domino and the direction which the musical energy flows. The result is improvised music which is almost composed and seems very structured, but nevertheless displays the decisive features of "free" collective improvisation. 6 tracks in 59:01 minutes :::>>> Tell A Friend About This CD From Drimala If you like this cd, you might also enjoy listening to: Labyrinth (New York Underground Orchestra) Embracing the Void (Tsahar and the Zoanthropic Orchestra) Freedom of the City, Large Groups Globe Unity 67 & 70 (Schlippenbach's Globe Unity Orchestra) Plus Equals (Spontaneous Music Orchestra) Wowow (NOW Orchestra) Sunrise In the Tone World (Little Huey and the Creative Music Orchestra) |
