Selected Clips: Mosaic More on John Butcher with his interview and discussion from One Final Note |
Guerilla Mosaics Guerilla Mosaics is the first and only collaboration between these three innovators in composition, improvisation, and performance. Working in a format without established precedent, this trio of musicians spontaneously create a unique sonic environment that challenges the traditional roles and sounds of their instruments. "There is no other recording that sounds like this," says Robair. "The battle is of three musicians trying to create an overall sound where you can't really tell what the different instruments are." The result comes highly recommended. 12 tracks in 56:57 minutes :::>>> Tell A Friend About This CD From Drimala You might also enjoy listening to: Itadakimasu (Brett Larner) Contest of Pleasures (Dörner, Butcher, Charles) Phosphor (Beins, Bosetti, Dörner, Hayward, Krebs, Neumann, Renkel, Schick) Shooters and Bowlers (Butcher, Heminway) Horizontals White (Chris Burn Ensemble) 2001 Deluxe Improvisation Series - Day 1 2001 Deluxe Improvisation Series - Day 2 Buddy Systems (Gino Robair) La Pičce (Xavier Charles and Kristoff K.
